Um, well, er um perhaps going for a full face burqa look? Or to be prepared for a terrorist attack? Or maybe your son has leanings towards Provincial IRA? All these are very good reasons why you might knit a gasmask... alternatively the lady may be a stark raving loony tunes and the medication isn't working yet. Who the hell knows.

I just showed this to my husband, he said people near his cubicle at work might want one, on those days he's eating home cooked cabbage type dinners.
